Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kijerja karyawan pada PT.Tirta Emas Kemasindo Tbk. Pekanbaru. Adapun diteliti penelitian adalah disiplin kerja, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya kaizen. menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dari 89 orang. Teknik sampling digunakan dalam sensus. Sehingga responden sebanyak orang yaitu seluruh Tbk Analisis data analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
